Pavilia Forest to launch soon

New World Development (0017) and Far East Consortium International (0035) have named their new project at the old Kai Tak airport runway, The Pavilia Forest, with phase one of the development expected to launch in the second quarter.

The Pavilia Forest will be developed in three phases offering 1,305 flats, with the first phase offering 291 one- to three-bedroom units.

In Jordan, Topside Residences, developed by CSI Properties (0497), collected over 2,600 checks for the first batch of 104 flats. It will launch the first round of sales today.

In Ho Man Tin, Phase IIB of Onmantin, jointly developed by Great Eagle (0041) and MTR Corporation (0066), has received more than 9,000 checks for 248 flats, making them 35 times oversubscribed. The second round of sales starts tomorrow.

On Tai Hang Road, Jardini developed by Citic Pacific, opens show flats for viewing today. The project consists of two towers offering 114 two- to four-bedroom flats.

In Lohas Park, Wheelock Properties said a series of projects under the “Seasons” brand has so far sold 706 flats, raking in over HK$4.49 billion.

Separately, the number of Hong Kong licensed estate agents rose for the second consecutive month to 39,173 by the end of April, according to the latest data. However, the latest figure was still 3,235 less than a February 2022 peak of 42,408 agents.
